The invention relates to a high-efficiency heat-exchange corrugated inner sleeve pipe type underground pipe which comprises an outer pipe, an inner pipe, a bottom seal, a water inlet pipe connector and a water outlet pipe connector. The inner pipe is arranged in the outer pipe, the bottom seal is installed at the lower ends of the outer pipe and the inner pipe, the upper end of the inner pipe is connected with the water inlet pipe connector, and the water outlet pipe connector is installed on the outer wall of the outer pipe and is communicated with a sleeve of the outer pipe and the inner pipe. The underground pipe also comprises a corrugated pipe and a pilot ring, the corrugated pipe is arranged on the outer wall of the inner pipe, and the pilot ring is fixedly installed between the corrugated pipe and the outer pipe. The corrugated pipe is additionally sheathed outside the inner pipe of a common sleeve pipe, and a pearlite layer is filled between the corrugated pipe and the inner pipe for heat insulation. Thus, the heat short circuit of a medium, which exists in the sleeve of the outer pipe and the inner pipe, is eliminated, and the heat exchange capability of the sleeve pipe is increased. Because the medium flows through the external surface of the corrugated pipe during heat exchange with underground soil, the turbulent flow of the medium during flowing is produced, the heat transfer coefficient is greatly increased, and the heat exchange capability of the sleeve pipe is also increased. The pilot ring between the corrugated pipe and the outer pipe ensures normal space for fluid flow.
