During the study period 240 male teachers from private schools were recruited excluding all those teachers teaching subjects using Urdu as a medium of instruction such as Islamiat, Urdu and Pak Studies through convenient sampling technique. They were administered with a questionnaire designed through Likert scales of responding with strongly agree (S.A), agree (A), disagree (D), strongly disagree (S.D) and not decided yet (N.D). The results for different questions were diverse among the recruited subjects. The results of this study showed that most of the recruited teachers were lacking professional training in English as well as professional degrees. It is recommended to arrange trainings for teachers. Only those teachers having professional degrees should be appointed and the present recruited teachers should be motivated for improving their professional qualification and background. After regular intervals trainings and seminars should be arranged for the in service teachers. Comparative analysis of private schools should be carried out in order to let them know regarding their strength and weak aspects.
