The present invention provides a method for preparing a double-sided electrode of a solar cell, comprising: providing a P-type silicon substrate; forming an oxide layer on the upper silicon substrate; reserved portions of oxide layer on a silicon substrate, etching the oxide layer and other parts, reserved a silicon oxide layer as an upper layer of the positive electrode plate passage; N diffusion layer on a silicon substrate surface, form a PN junction; removing the oxide layer on the silicon substrate is retained, and an upper silicon substrate printed metal electrode, said metal electrode comprising a positive electrode and a top electrode; forming a bottom electrode in the lower layer of the silicon substrate, forming a double-sided electrode of a solar cell. The present invention is increased by two diffusion and a metal electrode, reduced processing steps and the uniform distribution of the PN junction is formed an annular carrier, while reducing the current loss.
