The medium substrate with composite structure has three layers, wherein the relative dielectric constant of the first and the third layer is 10, and the relative dielectric constant of the second layer is 2.2. The excitation source employs Gaussian discrete source, and the power is supplied to the paster antenna through the microstrip feed line. In the utility model, an antenna formed by rectangular split ring left-handed material is added in the rectangular frame fractal composition, and left-hand effect and refractive index near-zero effect are provided at positions that have different frequency; electromagnetic energy localization degree is obviously raised; gather effect is generated to wave beam and the antenna gain is lead to increase obviously in a way of showing low echo loss; antenna performance is improved; and the antenna can be widely applied in fields like mobile communication, satellite communication and aviation spaceflight etc.
