Purpose To evaluate histologic differentiation of hepatitis B virus (HBV)-related hepatocellular carcinomas (HCCs) using apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) and intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM)-derived metrics and to compare findings with alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) levels alone and in combination.
