A sacubitril and valsartan-containing pharmaceutical composition and a preparation method therefor. The pharmaceutical composition also comprises pharmaceutical excipients, the sacubitril and valsartan are both in an amorphous state, and the sacubitril and valsartan may be respectively pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The pharmaceutical composition increases the dissolution of the sacubitril and valsartan.
