A case-control study on risk factors of hepatocellular carcinoma in Kaifeng Country, Henan province.

[Objective] To study the risk factors of Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) in Kaifeng County.[Methods] A 1︰1 matched case control study was performed.149 cases with HCC and 149 controls from the patient's neighbour were surveyed.[Results] The risk factors were history of hepatitis,getting angry easily (OR=14.13,95%CI:3.07-65.00),immediate family history of disease (OR=18.47,95%CI:3.05-111.85),family history of cancer (OR=309.67,95%CI:8.4211 385.05).[Conclusion] These risk factors of HCC are the monitoring focus in Kaifeng County.
