The objectives of the current study were to assess the effects of a 2-month treatment with ketanserin on blood pressure, systemic hemodynamics, changes in renal plasma flow ang glomerular filtration rate, and in urine albumin excretion, in patients with mild to moderate hypertension and normal renal function
