The article analyses legal acts, strategies and documents regulating education support. One of the most effective ways for conditions for qualitative education support is to create modern, dynamic and based on data analysis and self-assessment legal acts. Moreover, the change of national legal acts, their content, interface and international evaluation are analyzed and the problems that still remain unsolved are formulated in the article. Furthermore, all legal acts intended in the Law of Education that regulate education support are studied. Methods applied in the research were observing, analysis of scientific literature and participatory research.
