Neat type porous filler for bio-filter bed and preparation method of porous filler

The invention discloses neat type porous filler for a bio-filter bed. The filler is formed by a whole honeycomb body arranged in the bio-filter bed or is formed by splicing a plurality of single honeycomb bodies. The honeycomb body is formed by a laminated body in a wound or piled mode. The laminated body is formed by bonding fiber paper with wave-shaped corrugation and planar fiber paper. Ceramic fiber paper is formed by a mixture of one or more of ceramic fibers, glass fibers, synthetic fibers, activated carbon fibers and natural fibers through a papermaking process. The neat type porous filler is used for the bio-filter bed and has the advantages of being small in resistance, small in weight, good in water-absorbing quality, even in waste gas distribution, beneficial to growth and adhesion of microorganisms and the like compared with randomly piled filler.
