Method for preparing cyclohexanol from cyclohexene

The invention provides a method for preparing cyclohexanol from cyclohexene. The method comprises an esterification reaction of cyclohexene and carboxylic acid, an ester-exchange reaction of cyclohexyl carboxylate and alcohol, and secondary reactions of separation purification of cyclohexyl carboxylate after the esterification reaction and separation purification of cyclohexanol after the ester-exchange reaction. Compared with prior art, the method provided by the invention has the advantages of high cyclohexene conversion rate, high cyclohexanol selectivity, and high cyclohexanol yield. Also, according to market demands, various carboxylic ester products can be produced as byproducts.
