Revised tracking: Cure is worse than the disease

This paper considers the main reasons Zalabardo rejects Nozick’s tracking theo- ry of knowledge. It also considers Zalabardo’s preferred replacement theory—a prob- abilistic tracking account. I suggest that the reasons given for rejecting Nozick’s account do not withstand scrutiny and that the replacement account has problems of its own. So, in the end, this paper defends Nozick’s tracking theory of knowledge.
