Callus induction technology of Houttuynia cordata Thunb.

Taking the stem and leaf of Houttuynia cordata Thunb.as explants,the explants sterilization and the callus induction conditions were researched.Results were as follows: explants were putting in 0.1% HgCl2 for 10 minutes,the rate of pollution is inferior to 2%;comparing callus induction of stem and leaf suitable explant is stem,the rate of callus induction is 31.25%,Callus induction training environment 24 h dark is better than 12 h dark and 12 h light,In three kinds of 2,4-D or 6-BA mediam,only in MS+2.0 mg·L-1 6-BA+6.0 g·L-1 agar+30 g·L-1 sucrose of induction medium the callus induction rate is highest,reaching 28.57%.
