直接取食洋菇菌絲線蟲之研究 I.分類與分佈

1973
Survey on myceliophagus nematodes in the beds of cultivated mushroom from southern and central parts of Taiwan were carried out from Nov. 1969 to April 1972. These surveys were made in the districts including Taichung city, Taichung Hsien, Chaug-Huah Hsien, Yun-Lin Hsien, Cha-Yi Hsien, and Tainan Hsien At least 16 kinds of nematodes were found. Among them, Aphelenchus avenac, Aphelenchoides composticola. Ditylenchus myceliophagus. Helicotylenchus sp. Pratylenchus sp. Seinura sp, and Rhabditis spp. etc. were very common. The inoeulation tests showed that Aphelenchus avenae, Aphelenchoides composticola, Paratylenchus myceliophthorus and Ditylenchus myceliophagus were able to feed on the mycelium of mushroom and reproduce on them. The average parcentage of occurrence for A. avenae and A. composticola from the 6 districts surveyed were 58.3% and 36.8% respectively. However, D. myceliophagus was found in Taichung Hsien and Yun-Lin Hsien only, and P. myceliophagus only in Taichung city. The frequencics of occurrence for D. myceliophagus and P. myceliophlhorus were 33.5% and 26.3% respectively. Rhabditis spp. the free-living nematodes were detected frequently in the collected samples. The average percentage of appearance of these nematodes were 96%. Although these nematodes do not possess stylet, they may cause severe damage to the mycelium of mushroom as determined in the inoculation tests.
