The feed mechanism conveys a stack of PCB boards to the spot welding platform, the spot welding platform fixes the PCB boards and transfers every protection board on the PCB boards to spot welding positions, the feed mechanism conveys nickel sheets with different lengths according to positive pole and negative pole of the protection boards and cuts off the nickel sheets, the spot welding mechanism respectively welds the nickel sheets conveyed by the bilateral feed mechanism onto a positive welding disc and a negative welding disc of the protection boards, and the discharge mechanism pushes out the protection boards welded with the nickel sheets from the spot welding platform. The automatic nickel sheet welding device completes automatic feeding and discharging of the PCB boards, automatic cutting of the nickel sheets, and automatic welding of the protection boards and the nickel sheets on the PCB boards through matching of all the components, thereby avoiding low efficiency caused by manual welding and purchasing of nickel sheets with different lengths.
