The present invention relates to a high infra red reflectivity of aluminum lightweight refractory insulation material and its preparation method. The technical proposal is mixed 20 ~ 40wt% of potassium material, 50 ~ 70wt% of titanium-containing raw material and 5 ~ 10wt% of binding agent uniformly, shaped, polished after the heat treatment, to obtain a particle size of 0.088 ~ A material and a particle size of 1mm the material B is less than 0.088mm. Then to 20 ~ 40wt% of the alumina particles, 10 ~ 25wt% of alumina powder, 5 ~ 15wt% of the material A, 5 ~ 15wt% of the material B, 5 ~ 15wt% of aluminum and 2 ~ 10wt% of raw materials potassium raw materials mix, mix plus accounting for 2 ~ 8wt% water, and stirred to prepare a green body, dried, cooled after the heat treatment, soaked in water, and dried, to obtain a high infra red reflectivity of aluminum lightweight refractory insulation material . High infra red reflectivity of aluminum lightweight refractory insulating material of the present invention is not prepared in a low bulk density, high strength, and high temperature and low thermal conductivity, and can be used for long-term thermal insulation within the field of 1350 deg.] C.
