Design of DC-Blocks and Bias-Tee on PCB for V-Band
2021
This letter presents V-band components which are manufactured in PCB technology and designed for 60 GHz center frequency. A proposed multi-finger DC-block provides 30% bandwidth with an input reflection coefficient 20 dB. The proposed wideband designs provide a cost-effective solution, e.g. of RF components testing while shielding the respective lab equipment from DC or RF.
