Suspension display panel and display device

The embodiment of the invention discloses a suspended display panel and a display device. The suspended display panel comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, at least one image block area, non-image block areas, at least one lens and a black matrix, wherein the first substrate and the second substrate are arranged opposite to each other; the at least one image block area is positioned on one side facing to the second substrate, of the first substrate; the non-image block areas are used for partitioning different image block areas; the image block areas are used for displaying one image and are distributed in an irregular manner; the at least one lens is positioned on one side deviating from the first substrate, of the second substrate; the lenses and the image block areas are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner and the lenses cover a part of the image block areas; the black matrix is positioned on one side facing to the first substrate, of the second substrate; the projection of the black matrix in the vertical direction of the first substrate is positioned in the non-image block areas. The image block areas are not shielded by the black matrix in the vertical direction of the first substrate, and correspondingly, edge pixel of the image block areas is not shielded by the black matrix, so that the opening rate reduction and loss of display areas of the suspended display panel can be avoided.
