The method comprises the following steps: when a queue number needs to be called, acquiring location information of a terminal for which the queue number needs to be called (101); calculating the distance between the location information and a store location (102); and if the distance is less than a distance threshold, then calling the queue number (103). The method has the advantage of preventing missed queue number for a user.
