Хирургическая тактика при осложнённом раке толстой кишки и сахарном диабете

Studied current of illness at 47 patients with the complicated cancer of a colon and the accompanyng diabetes. The choice of surgical tactics was carried out depending on intraoperetions finds. In a complex of postoperative treatment the xenotransplantation of insular cells of a pancreas was carried out. Authors present an estimation of fifteen-year use of the one-row continuous suture by modern atraumatic suture materials for formation of colorectal anastomosis in comparison with double-row intestinal suture. Frequency of a leakage from colorectal anastomosis is reduced in 3 times from 11,2% to 3,8%. The carried out researches according to healing of anastomosis have shown advantages of the one-row continuous suture in colorectal surgery.
