Portable multi-mode medical microscopy navigation device and control method thereof

The invention discloses a portable multi-mode medical microscopy navigation device and a control method thereof. The portable multi-mode medical microscopy navigation device is characterized in that a light source module is arranged and formed by light sources in different types, so that the functions of fluorescence excitation, background imaging, multispectral blood oxygen imaging and the like are achieved; a camera shooting module is internally or externally attached to a shell, and pattern information of a target organization under projection of the light source module is collected through the camera shooting module; an optical microscopy module is internally or externally attached to the shell and is used for providing a 1:1 proportion image or an amplification proportion image of the target organization; and a control module is arranged, a microprocessor is adopted in the control module, and therefore fluorescence excitation, background imaging and multispectral blood oxygen imaging on the target organization through the same camera shooting module under the condition that influences of outside parasitic light are achieved through sequential control. By means of the portable multi-mode medical microscopy navigation device, the functions of complete hand holding, cable-free connection and microscopy amplification are achieved, and the portable multi-mode medical microscopy navigation device is used for microscopy imaging and medical navigation of a focus.
