The device comprises a back spine skin wing window for dynamically observing the tumor microenvironment change in a real time mode, a radio frequency coil for radio frequency treatment, a connection device for connecting the back spine skin wing window and the radio frequency coil in a detachable mode, non-conductive materials for separating the back spine skin wing window from the radio frequency coil, and separating the radio frequency coil from the connection device. The device combines the back spine skin wing window and the radio frequency coil in a delicate manner, guarantees the effective radio frequency treatment effect, at the same time, in the radio frequency treatment process, the observation is visualized, the operation is simple, the conditions of both the tumor vessel and normal vessel in the treatment process can be determined and studied timely and correctly, thus the device provides an effective and reliable measure for observing and studying the process and the principle about the tumor vessel disruption caused by radio frequency medicines, and assessing the anti-tumor medicines, especially the tumor vessel disruption medicines under the function of radio frequency.
