On top of being tidy and diligent, Oth6n knows the ins and the outs of the restaurant he works in like the palms of his hands. Nimble and thin like a transoceanic clipper, he flows through the congested routes of the establishment carrying provisions without ever breaking the subtlety of his smile. He skirts the capes of the bar and overcomes the archipelago of tables. He crosses gulfs, navigates the peninsulas and without warning, like the fulfillment of a long hoped for dream, he breaks through the fog born of the stew or that which hovers above coffee cups, only to shore up at some steamy bay stifled with customers. Many people know some version of his story, but the majority ignore the real one. He didn't arrive in a tattered basket so that the father of the actual owner of the cafe
