Phenolic Compounds in Polygonum Persicaria Herb Growing in Voronezh Region

The composition profile of phenolic compounds (flavonoids and hydroxycinnamic acids) in Polygonum persicaria herb growing in Voronezh Region was studied using physicochemical methods (UV-SPM, HPLC-DAD-MS). The predominant constituents in the flavonoids were kaempferol and its derivatives; in hydroxycinnamic acids, chlorogenic acid. The identified constituents were quantitatively characterized.
