The invention discloses a relatively enclosed multi-thin layer adherent culture device for production of microalgae. The device comprises a bottom bracket, a culture channel, fluid infusion tubes and a culture medium fluid container, wherein the culture channel is fixed above the bottom bracket; the culture channel comprises at least one adherent culture unit, side walls and a bottom plate; each adherent culture unit is generally arranged in the vertical direction; a gap for sunlight penetration is arranged every two adjacent adherent culture units; the side walls, the bottom plate and the culture channel form a structure, only the upper end of which is opened; a position for the input of carbon dioxide is arranged on the culture channel; one fluid infusion tube is arranged above each adherent culture unit; the fluid infusion tubes are communicated with the culture medium fluid container; a through hole for the outflow of culture fluid is formed in the bottom plate of the culture channel; the culture medium fluid container is placed below the through hole so as to collect the culture fluid flowing down from the through hole. According to the device disclosed in the invention, the supply, for algae, of gas-state carbon dioxide is realized, and the production requirement of certain algae which only can utilize free carbon dioxide is satisfied.
