THE INVENTION IS TO A PLATE METHOD FOR STEEL WITH HIGH STRENGTH. USING A STEEL INCLUDING BY WEIGHT OF 0.04 to 0.16 C 0.02 to 0.50 SI, 0.4-1.2 OF MN, NI 0.2-5.0, 0.2-1.5 OF CR 0.2-1.0 OF MO 0.01-0.10 U OF SOLUBLE aCID, 0.03-0.15 OF V, TI ETOU ETOU NB, 0,015 OR LESS P, 0.006 S OR LESS, THE SUPPLEMENT AND uSUAL IS FE IMPURITIES; ON HOT STEEL OVER TEMPERATURE WHICH THE CARBO-NITRIDES OF V AND NB AND CARBIDE IT BECOMES A COMPLETE SOLID SOLUTION; ROLLED ON WITH TOTAL REDUCTION OF 40 OR MORE BELOW 950C; ON QUENCH IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE COMPLETION OF ROLLING AND MADE ON INCOME. OBTAINED AND A STEEL WITH EXCELLENT PROPERTIES OF STRENGTH AND TOUGHNESS.
