A Green Nano-Synthesis to Explore the Plant Microbe Interactions

2019
Abstract Green synthesis of nanoparticles and nanoemulsions are the approaches that have drawn much attention for the enhancement of plant defense activity. Introducing nano approach in herbs is an economical way to utilize plant material and its efficiency can be also regulated by biological route of nano-tailoring. Relationship between plants and microbes is fully dependent on various physiological and metabolic factors. During interaction, microbes depend on the metabolic activity of plants and the mutual association with each other. Microbially synthesized nanoparticles or nanoemulsions contain biological materials that easily catch the plant system. Herbal oils and microbial metabolites are used for stabilizing nano engineering; it is becoming alternatives to chemical procedure. Apart from being eco-friendly, few nonpathogenic microbes having property of symbiotic association with plant as well as potency for synthesis of nanoparticles have tremendous scope in industrial applications. Herbal oils contain abundant natural compound which are used in the synthesis of nanoemulsion, it can serve as active ingredient delivery system and exhibit antimicrobial activity in agrochemical and pharmaceutical fields.
