Compounds of formula (I) in which R1 is NH-C ?(O) -CH3 o NH-C (O) -C2H5 and R2 and R3 signify hydrogen or R1 and R2 are attached to adjacent ring atoms of phenyl and represent a group O-CH2-?O- or O-CH2-CH2-O- ?, and R3 is hydrogen, R4 and R5 are independently hydrogen, (C1-C6) which may be substituted with hydroxy, ( C1-C4 alkyl) or cyclopropyl, cyclopropyl, benzyl or pyridylmethyl, or R4 and R5 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a 5- to 7 saturated or partially unsaturated members which may contain another heteroatom from the group N , O or S and which may be substituted one to three times independently with hydroxy, (C1-C4) or (C1-C4) and R6 is (C3-C7) alkyl, (C1-C6) which is substituted with (C3-C7), hydroxy, (C1-C4) alkyl, (C2- C4) alkyl, phenyl or 5- or 6-membered up to 3 heteroatoms from the group of N, O and / or S, where phenyl and heteroaryl may be further substituted with fluorine, chlorine, (C1-C4) alkoxy (C1-C4), amino, mono- or di- (C1-C4) - amino, nitro, cyano or hydroxy, and salts, hydrates, hydrates of the salts and solvates.
