The complex research of patients with thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy, in conjunction with clinical method and system-analytic approach, was done. The significant predictors, which influence on treatment results of thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy were found with the help of discriminant analysis. The decisive rule for prognosis and control of treatment efficiency by pulse therapy in patients with thyroid ophthalmopathy was determined.
