The energy-saving LED road lamp is characterized in that the storage battery, commercial power and the commercial power/storage battery switching circuit are connected with a switching storage battery or commercial power for power supply; the commercial power/storage battery switching circuit supplies power for the LED road lamp by connection of an LED road lamp control circuit; and the commercial power/storage battery switching circuit is connected with the single chip microcomputer to select power supplying modes. By switching over the storage battery charged by solar energy and wind energy complementation and the commercial power, the energy-saving LED road lamp not only can solve the problem that the storage battery performs emergency power supply when the commercial power is cut off, but also can meet the requirement that the storage battery charged by solar energy and wind energy complementation preferentially supplies power for the road lamp, thereby achieving the purpose of saving energy.
