Estudio Genético Poblacional de Frecuencias Alélicas para 15 marcadores STR presentes en la Población del Estado de Zacatecas Aplicado a la Práctica Forense

2014
The genetic study the inheritance and the biologic variations of the organisms, the particular characteristics are inherited form fathers to son, exist different variations on DNA that makes the difference between people, the different ways of a same gen o marker is called allele and it is the multiplex variations of a gen or DNA sequence at population, where every couple of alleles are a genotype, and find it on the population at determinate frequency, although exist four forces: the selection, genetic drift, mutation and migration; that determined the frequency thereof. The Forensic DNA markers are popular for working with small amounts of DNA and even degraded, are manageable for automation, are highly discriminatory, and easy to interpret and compare results. The object of this study is created a database of people Zacatecana, obtain the genetic profile and thereby obtain the allelic and genetic frequencies, for use in forensic cases. Results: we obtained the allelic frequencies of population and we finding alleles that had not been reported in studies with similar populations, using this data in forensics cases successfully and with more accurate results.
