OZET Ulkemizde deprem gercegi son yillarda yogun bir sekilde zihinlerde yer ederken yapilarda kullanilan malzemelerin hafif ve saglam olmasi yapiya gelecek deprem yuklerini azaltmasi yonunden onem arzetmektedir. Bu bakimdan diger yapi malzemelerine gore daha ha fif, dayanim ve isi yalitim degerleri daha yuksek bununla birlikte dayaniklilik bakimindan da performansi yuksek malzemelere olan gereksinim artmaktadir. Gunumuzde gazbeton uretimi degisik oranlardaki baglayici malzeme kullanimi ile yapilabilmektedir. Gazb etonun uygulamadaki basarisi (zamana bagli siva catlaklarinin olusmamasi) kuruma rotresi degerlerinin olabildigince dusuk tutulmasina baglidir. Burada bircok parametre etkili olmakla beraber dusuk kuruma rotresi degerleri iyi bir proses kontrolu ve uygulan an recete ile mumkun olmaktadir. Bu calismada gazbeton uretiminde kullanilan kirec ve cimento gibi baglayici malzemelerin karisim oranlarindaki degisimin farkli nem durumlarinda rotreye olan etkisi incelenmistir. Bu amaca yonelik olarak gazbeton uretiminde gerekli olan baglayici icerigi olarak kirec miktari %25 ila %30 arasinda, cimento miktari ise %7 ila % 10 arasinda kullanilarak baglayici miktarlari her seride degisik tutulmustur. Deney sonuclarina gore hem kirec esasli hem de cimento esasli uretimdeki k uruma rotresi degerlerinin gazbetonlar icin standart deger olan 0.5 mm/m degerinden dusuk oldugu, gazbeton uretiminde baglayici olarak kirec ve cimento miktarinin artmasinin kuruma rotresi degerlerini artirdigi gorulmustur. ABSTRACT It is significant to reduce possible earthquake loads acting on the structures that building materails should be lightweight and strong due to earthquakes by employing permanently in minds in Turkey. In this regard, the neccesity of high performance materi als has increased in terms of durability that the materials should be more lightweight, stronger and higher thermal insulation than other building materials. Nowadays, the production of autoclaved aerated concrete can be made with the use of binding materi al in different proportions. The success of the application of autoclaved aerated concrete (time - dependent formation of cracks in plaster and wall strength is different from design strength) is attached to drying shrinkage values should be as low as poss ible. There are a lot of parameters which effect to provide lower drying shrinkage values, a good process control and the recipe is applied to autoclaved aerated concrete.In this study, it was investigated the effect of the amount of binder materials such as lime and cement on the drying shrinkage of autoclaved aerated concrete with different humidity conditions. For this reason, binder content was determined for lime in the range of 25% - 30% and in the range of 7% - 10% for cement in the production of autocla ved aerated concrete. The test results indicated that drying shrinkage values obtained lower than 0.5mm/m which standard value for drying shrinkage of autoclaved aerated concrete and the increase of the amount of lime and cement as binder materials in the production of of autoclaved aerated concrete has increased drying shrinkage of that materials.
