An automatic battery replacing system of an electric automobile comprises a vehicle positioning platform, a positioning base, a lifting device, a battery box and a battery box locking device. The vehicle positioning platform positioned above the positioning base and the lifting device is used for realizing positioning and parking of a vehicle, a through opening is arranged in the center of the positioning platform to realize detachment or installation of the battery box, a controllable positioning mechanism arranged between the lifting device and the positioning base is used for realizing automatic positioning between the positioning base and the lifting device, a guiding device is arranged between the battery box and the automobile to compensate positioning errors of the battery box in installation, and the battery box locking device is used for locking the battery box in the automobile or unlocking the battery box.
