Иммунная недостаточность, часто болеющие дети и иммунокоррекция

2005
Based on studying the immune state of a large cohort of children (over 7000), the authors demonstrate that genuine immune deficiency (primary) is but indirectly related to the problem of frequently ailing children and is observed in the latter in 1.5% of cases. The incidence of ARD to 8 times per year in infants, especially in the period of adaptation in a children’s collective, is a variant of the norm but does not rule out transient and easily compensated immune disorders. It is also necessary to exclude the allergic nature of frequent ailments with the underlying allergic rhythms and bronchial asthma in 20-40% of cases. Frequently ailing children should receive an empirically selected immunomodulating therapy that mobilizes their immune resistance, even if the decrease is determined by non-immune causes.
