Vacuum absorbing type folding device of wiping cloth for agricultural machine

The invention relates to a vacuum absorbing type folding device of a wiping cloth for an agricultural machine. The device comprises a driving shaft which is positioned at one side of a conveyor belt and is connected with a motor, wherein the driving shaft is axially connected with a rotating rod; the end part of the rotating rod is connected with an overturning plate which is positioned above the conveyor belt; a first connecting rod is fixedly connected to the sidewall of the driving shaft; a second connecting rod which is hinged with a third connecting rod is hinged with the upper end of the first connecting rod; the third connecting rod is parallel to the driving shaft; a pressing rod, which is vertically mounted above the conveyor belt through limiting plates, is fixedly connected to the end part of the third connecting rod; a pressing plate is fixedly connected to the lower end of the pressing rod; the rotating rod and the overturning plate are both of hollow structures; through holes are formed in the sidewall of the rotating rod, and a ring sleeve, which is connected with a vacuum generator through an air tube, is connected to the through holes; air absorbing holes which communicate with an inner chamber of the overturning plate are formed in the inner clamping side of the overturning plate. The device has the characteristics of being simple and convenient to operate, reliable to work, and low in production cost; a vacuum absorbing structure of the overturning plate is utilized, so that the folding reliability can be further improved.
