Feasibility of increasing the proportion of poor-caking coals in the blend used at the Kremikovets Integrated I and SW

The feasibility of making coke with good mechanical properties using poorer grades (less caking power) of coal was investigated. A particular blend developed in laboratory studies proved out in a commercial test. (LTN)
