Use of personal gadgets and mobile applications to control functional state of human health is popular approach for today. To get the aim still a lot of problems accompany these processes. This paper will present one of the possible approaches to combine external gadgets, mobile applications and client service platform. It is developed information platform that consists of biomedical processing modules: gadget for heart rate measurement, data base, determination of heart rate variability and decision module. The platform includes soft to transport analysis results to the medical server. Physician decision is transferred to a patient. Paper discusses possible ways of the development m-health medicine.
