The invention relates to a moving integrated CNG (compressed natural gas) storage and transportation gas supplying device and a control method, belonging to the field of integrated CNG transportation, storage and gas supplying devices. The device comprises a moving integrated high-pressure gas transportation vehicle, a gas filling machine installed at a substation, a pipeline system, a station loading hydraulic moving platform gas storage tank system, a control system, wherein the station loading hydraulic moving platform gas storage tank system is connected with the pipeline system; the control system is installed at a gas filling station; the moving integrated high-pressure gas transportation vehicle also comprises a flat dragging vehicle (2), a hydraulic automatic unloading vehicle system (3) and a vehicle loading gas storage tank system (1), and the hydraulic automatic unloading vehicle system (3) is installed on the flat dragging vehicle (2); the vehicle loading gas storage tank system (1) is installed on the hydraulic automatic unloading vehicle system (3). By virtue of arranging a vehicle-loading and station-loading moving device, the CNG gas transportation and storage are integrated, through the controlling of a PLC (programmable logic controller) central control system, the residual gas in an empty can is transported to other storage cans in the platform, and the residual amount of the empty can gas in ensured to not exceed 3%; and the empty residual gas amount is greatly less than 20% of that in the prior art, and the transportation expense and a great deal of energy sources are saved.
