How to pick traveltime in complex structures

Accurate velocity model determination by reflection tomography requires traveltime information . In cases where complex velocity models have to be determined, prestack traveltimes have to be picked. This picking being very cumbersome and often impossible due to the complexity of the data 1 propose a depth picking algorithm that remover this difficulty .
