Liquefied fuel power system and method for operating same

The invention discloses a liquefied fuel power system which comprises an engine and a fuel supply system for supplying gas fuel to the engine. The fuel supply system comprises a vaporizing device and a heating device, wherein the vaporizing device is configured to vaporize liquid fuel into gas fuel so as to supply the gas fuel to the engine; the heating device is coupled with the vaporizing device through a cooling liquid circulating system so as to provide the heat for vaporizing the liquid fuel into the gas fuel. In addition, the invention also provides a method for operating the liquefied fuel power system. According to the liquefied fuel power system, the heating device can be ignited before cold start so as to preheat the vaporizing device and further provide enough gas fuel for the engine during cold start, improve the starting performance and the exhaust performance of the engine and improve the environmental suitability of the engine.
