THE CALCULATION OF FLOW RATE AND PRESSURE DROP FOR THE LAMINAL HELICAL FLOW OF BINGHAM FLUID AND POWER LAW FLUID IN AN ECCENTRIC ANNULAR SPACE

The law of the flow for the laminal helical flow of Bingham fluids
with yield stress and power law fluids without yield stress was studied
theoretically. The infinite subdivision method for the helical flow of the
eccentric annular space in [1] was established, moreover, the apparent
viscosity distribution and the velocity distribution are derived. The
calculation method of the flow rate and the pressure drop are established
in the study too.
