Application of Maslow’s theory of economic safety needs in Thirukkural [மாஸ்லோவின் பொருளாதார பாதுகாப்புத் தேவை நோக்கில் திருக்குறள்]

The objective of this research paper is to identify Maslow’s Theory of Economic Safety Needs in Tamil Classic Literature called Thirukkural. Thiruvalluvar wrote Thirukkural thousands of years ago. Nowadays, the needs of the human vary and increasing according to the situation. Theory of Needs by Maslow has been coded in the 20th century when Human Resource principles have been introduced. Thus, this research has been done to identify the application of latest Theory of Economic Safety Needs by Abraham Maslow in the ancient classic Tamil Literature, Thirukkural.
