Разработка гибридных роторных насосов
2015
Efficient development of high viscosity oil fields requires special technologies and equipment. The works in the field of new pumping equipment development are actively progressing. However, the problems of screw or other geometrically complex surfaces machining when manufacturing pumps are not yet solved to the full extent. In this regard, the works on hybrid rotary pumps development are seen promising, distinguished by their adaptability and simplicity of design. The article considers the issues of development of new rotary pumps. A new design of hybrid pump is presented, it combines positive qualities of rotary pumps, such as single-screw pump and vane pump, shortcomings typical for prior art were eliminated. The problem of ensuring operation at high temperature of pumped is solved as this pump design excludes parts of elastomer. The problem of vibratory activity of the pump rotor typical for positive displacement machines is solved. Effectiveness of production and repair of hydraulic machines is improved, as all operating chambers in hydraulic machine are formed by simple and process cylindrical and flat surfaces. The design excludes technologically-difficult helical surfaces. Opportunities to create new hydraulic motors for drilling oil and gas wells, including offshore wells were theoretically substantiated. The design features of a new hydraulic machine are patented. A unique bench unit to study new rotary pumps with pressure up to 20 MPa and capacity up to 20 kW at pumped liquid viscosity up to 1,500 cSt is created. The calculation methods and computer programs for the new rotary pumps design are developed. Characteristics of the new hydraulic machine operating process at high viscosity liquids and liquid mixtures pumping were studied during bench research.
