Treatment of oral refractory large area mucosal leukoplakia with CO 2 laser combined with photodynamic therapy: Case report

• We encountered a case of mucosal leukoplakia with large lesions treated with repeated photodynamic therapy without significant improvement in the clinic, which we called “refractory large area mucosal leukoplakia”.
