PURPOSE: To rapidly correspond to the restoration of abnormality by comparing detected abnormal operation information and stored abnormal operation pattern information and outputting the applicable abnormal operation pattern on a display device. CONSTITUTION: By a control part 125, whether a trouble code applicable to the kind of a detectable trouble coincides with the trouble code stored in a trouble table memory 128 or not is compared and judged by detecting focus abnormal operation. The trouble code obtained by the result is added to the rack number code and the code by music number of a relevant disk identified previously by the control part 125 and trouble history data obtained in such a manner is outputted to a trouble history memory 127 and stored in the memory. When abnormal operation occurs, by the control part 125, the trouble code is read from the memory 128 and the content of applicable abnormality is outputted to a display part 129.
