The present invention relates to a computer controlled acupuncture manipulation apparatus, including PC machine, control card, two motor drives and actuating mechanism fixed on the working table, in which one of the said two motors is needle-lifting and thrusting motor and another is needle-twirling motor. Said invention also provides its working principle and its concrete implementing steps. Said apparatus can accurately simulate various manipulations of acupuncture specialist to raise therapeutic effect.
