Time receiver and a radio-controlled timepiece

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a conventional time receiving apparatus has different sensitivity depending on a receiving signal because the threshold value voltage is not optimized when a received analog signal is converted to a digital signal. SOLUTION: A time receiving apparatus can obtain the optimized threshold value for the receiving signal by weighting time constants on charging and discharging when the threshold value voltage is generated from the received analog signal. As the result, an excellent receiving sensitivity can be obtained not depending on the receiving signal. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
