Congenital multiple haemangioma associated with vascular malformation of the neck vessel in a 21-year-old man

We report a case of combined haemangioma and vascular malformation in 21-year-old man. The clinical features, natural history, pathophysiology and radiological features of vascular tumours were discussed. The ultrasonographic features in this patient included heterogenous hypoechoic mass with cystic and solid components. We also highlighted the important role of plain radiographs and Doppler ultrasound in the management of heamagiomas and vascular malformations in a resource poor setting.
