The invention discloses an oil circulation system for a heat exchanger performance test. The oil circulation system comprises an upper oil tank, a variable frequency regulation oil pump, a lower oil tank, a heating device, a mass flowmeter and a test specimen, an oil delivering pipe and an oil return pipeline are connected between the upper oil tank and the lower oil tank, the oil delivering pipeline is provided with a small oil pump, the upper oil tank is connected with the variable frequency regulation oil pump through a first pipeline, the variable frequency regulation oil pump is connected with a heating device, an inlet and an outlet of the test specimen are connected with an oil feeding pipeline and an oil discharging pipeline respectively, the oil feeding pipeline is connected with the heating device, the oil discharging pipeline is provided with the mass flowmeter arranged in the oil return pipeline in a connected mode, an oil draining pipeline is arranged between the oil discharging pipeline and the lower oil tank and between the heating device and the lower oil tank, the oil draining pipeline is provided with an exhaust valve and a glass sight-glass tube, and the oil discharging pipeline is connected with a compressed air oil expelling pipeline. The oil circulation system is simple in structure, low in cost, capable of reducing oil losses and high in test precision.
