The invention relates to a sucking disc location line flatness detection device and detection method. The detection device includes a rack having a workbench. A through hole is arranged in a central zone of the workbench. A measurement fixation plate arranged at the upper end of the through hole and spaced with the upper surface of the workbench is arranged in the central zone of the workbench. A vertically-arranged cylindrical base and a vertically-arranged location line detection needle which is disposed in the cylindrical base pass through the center of the measurement fixation plate. The upper end of the location line detection needle extends to the outside of the cylindrical base. A plurality of vertical standard columns circumferentially distributed at the periphery of the upper end of the location line detection needle are arranged on the upper surface of the cylindrical base. A pressing mechanism which enables the sucking disc to be fixed on the vertical standard columns is also arranged on the workbench. A plurality of radial moving bases circumferentially distributed at the periphery of the upper end of the location line detection needle are arranged on the measurement fixation plate. A plurality of floating probes circumferentially distributed at the periphery of the upper end of the location line detection needle and capable of going up and down in a vertical direction are arranged on each radial moving base. The sucking disc location line flatness detection device and detection method have the advantage of simple detection.
